Refunds and Credits

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had initially used to place the order. Upon receiving your return or damaged item, we will process the refund. The refund should appear within 48 hours on your account. Please note that Dogcratesdepot.com will NOT charge you any fees for all defective units, and you will be refunded in full.
