Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 100 days of delivery of your order. The following conditions apply for a credit to be valid : 

  •  All returned items must be in the same condition they were in at the time of purchase.

  • Our head office must approve all returns before you shipping the unit back.

  • We'll refund the shipping cost ONLY if the return is a defective item.


Return Procedure

To return a product, you have to contact us via email at with the subject line mentioning RETURN. You can also reach us by phone at 514-570-5889 or via our online chat.


Exchange Procedure

If you feel like the Crate you've ordered is too small or too big, you can contact us and process it with an exchange. won't be paying the shipping cost of the return.


Defective Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the Crate / Cat tree arrives as a defective unit or is the wrong size, do not hesitate to contact us by phone, chat, or email. We will immediately send you a replacement free of charge. Proof of the defective unit will be requested by one of our customer support partners.


Refunds and Credits

After accepting your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had initially used to place the order. Upon receiving your return or damaged item, we will process the refund. The refund should appear within 48 hours on your account. Please note that will NOT charge you any fees for all defective units, and you will be refunded in full.
